Staff is very nice, calm and polite. They met our every need without any hesitation. Cleaning staff are also extremely polite and they came every day. Morning coffee and crossaint was offered every morning (both tasty) which was a nice touch. Room had comfortable enough bed, and bathroom had all thingies we needed - lot of towels, soap, hair dryer, shower and a bidet.

Helpful staff and no nonsense hotel overall. Lidl and Line C Metro access at Torre Spaccata within a 5 minute walk and can reach the city centre within 30 minutes on the Metro. The Wi-fi connection is excellent and super fast. Facilities were clean - check in and check out was effortless and they were even on-hand to arrange a transfer to the airport in the early morning. Would definitely stay here again!
